Forge Alliance actively invests in and purchases businesses in the $1-$15m turnover range, across just about any sector.

Meet Our Team
Weston Welch, M.B.A.
Weston Welch, M.B.A. is founder and Managing Partner of Forge Alliance and is responsible for all activities of the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in for-profit and non-profit business management with a focus on high growth technology companies. He oversees all investments made by Forge Alliance working closely with managing directors and limited partners.
James E. Casart
James E. Casart is a partner at Forge Alliance and is a partner at Karsh Consulting, P.C., Certified Public Accountants. Jim’s prior experience includes 8 years at Arthur Andersen, a global public accounting firm. Jim has been involved as a principal, consultant and/or advisor to over $3 billion in successful transactions in diverse industries.
Gary Negich
Gary Negich is a partner at Forge Alliance and is the President of First Interstate Bank in Laramie, WY. He has been in Banking for 42 years and at First Interstate Bank for twenty years. Mr.Negich has served on the Wyoming Business Council board, and served as its Chairman.
Jon Benson, Ph.D.
Jon Benson, Ph.D. is a partner at Forge Alliance and recently retired as CEO of the Wyoming Technology. Business Center – a statewide business development program of the University of Wyoming focused on early stage high growth companies.
Stuart Webster, M.B.A. Ph.D.
Stuart Webster, M.B.A. Ph.D. is a partner at Forge Alliance and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Medicine Bow Technologies, Inc. since September 2015. Prior to his appointment as CFO he served MBT as a consultant while also serving as a fraud examiner and expert witness for prosecuting attorneys in Wyoming
